All prints in The Diego De Nicola Collection are produced to order — each work is hand-numbered, signed, and printed specifically for you by Prism Imaging, Melbourne. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases.
If your print arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the damage or defect.
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will offer either a replacement print at no additional cost, or a full refund including shipping. The resolution will be at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.
All prints are professionally packaged by Prism Imaging to protect against transit damage. If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please photograph the packaging before opening and document any damage to the print inside. This helps us process your claim quickly and file any necessary claim with Australia Post.
Framed prints are handled with particular care during packaging. If a framed print arrives with damage to the frame or the print itself, the same process applies — contact us within 7 days with photographs and your order number.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable time.
