A cowboy hat, a suit and a puffer jacket cross a Sydney intersection in hard raking light — three strangers, one stride. This is a limited edition fine art print, numbered and supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
Three figures cross Phillip Street in late afternoon light, their shadows thrown long across the road. A man in a suit, a woman in a puffer jacket and a man in a cowboy hat walk in loose formation, each one dressed for a completely different city. The hard sun strips the background to black and picks out only what it wants to show.
This is a limited edition fine art print, numbered and supplied with a certificate of authenticity. Printed to order on your choice of Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl or Canson Baryta 310gsm archival paper. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for production plus delivery.
Every print is produced on heavyweight 310gsm archival paper, chosen for its ability to render black and white photography with the tonal depth and presence these images demand.
Two stocks are available.
Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl — 310gsm
A heavyweight resin-coated paper with a smooth pearl surface — subtle lustre without glare. The finish has a natural white tint that gives black and white prints a clean, photographic feel with excellent sharpness and tonal range. Resistant to fingerprints and rated for archival permanence exceeding 200 years by Wilhelm Imaging Research, Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl is a refined, gallery-standard paper that suits both display and handling.
Canson Baryta Photographique II — 310gsm
A museum-grade paper built on an acid-free alpha-cellulose base with a true barium sulphate coating — the same mineral layer found in traditional silver halide darkroom prints, paired with a premium inkjet receiver layer. The result is an exceptionally high black density, rich tonal depth, and a fine satin surface that closely echoes the look and feel of a fibre-based darkroom print. For black and white photography, Canson Baryta is as close to a silver print as inkjet technology allows.
